At Original Duckhead, we want you to love your sustainable umbrella, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your umbrella in its original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
