What materials are Original Duckhead umbrellas made from?
We are committed to sustainability. Our umbrella canopies are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles (rPET), and our signature duck-head handles are handcrafted from sustainably sourced birch wood.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories may be final sale unless faulty.

Yes, our umbrellas feature a high-quality wind-resistant frame designed to flex rather than break in gusty conditions, ensuring you stay dry and stylish in all weather.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Original Duckhead umbrella comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If your umbrella develops a structural fault within the first year, we will replace it free of charge.
